Beautiful food calls for exceptional chefs, which is why we only hire fully qualified professionals with experience in top quality restaurants.  Using seasonal and locally sourced ingredients wherever possible, every meal is defined by flavour, texture and balance.

Setting yourself up for a great day on the slopes and rewarding yourself afterwards are some of the best elements of a skiing holiday. You'll start your day with a beautifully presented breakfast of fruit juices, a freshly made "smoothie" or fruit / vegetable juice, fresh coffees, teas, yoghurts, cereals, porridge, a hot dish - like a "Eggs Royale" or a "full English breakfast", jambon cru, cheeses, fresh fruit salad, fresh bread and freshly baked croissants and jams.

After your day on the slopes, homemade cakes and biscuits await you in the sitting room.

Dinner is the pièce de résistance. Before your meal, canapés and champagne allow you to unwind in true style. You're then treated to an exceptional four-course meal, rounded off with freshly ground coffee, a digestif and homemade truffles.

Dinner is provided on six nights of your stay, but on one of those nights we do things a little differently. One of our relief chefs prepares a relaxed, family-style meal, giving you the opportunity to try a traditional Savoyard dish such as fondue or raclette, or perhaps enjoy a little home-cooked comfort food.

CHILDREN AND CHILDCARE

Children love staying in this chalet, and so do their parents. We’re always looking for ways to make your holiday and your children’s as happy and hassle-free as possible.

For instance, our chauffeured minibuses mean you don’t have to worry about getting the little ones and their ski equipment to or from the pistes. And we’ll gladly serve children’s high tea in the early evening so that you can relax and enjoy dinner with your friends later, while they play in the sitting room nearby or go to bed! Or, if you wish to eat together, your chef will tailor the food to suit young palates. On the chef’s night off, we provide children’s high tea and complimentary babysitting so that the adults can – if they wish – have a child-free evening, secure in the knowledge that their children are well looked after.

We’re also happy to book ski lessons (available for children over the age of four), lift passes and ski equipment in advance so that there’s less to think about when you arrive.

Children’s equipment such as cots, high chairs, sterilisers, baby listeners, a selection of games, sledges, toys and children’s DVDs are available and we can even stock up on nappies and wipes to save you bringing them with you. We also have a small number of pushchairs available, or can hire these for you if needed.

NANNIES

For childcare during the day, we're fortunate to have some fantastic childcare companies and professionals operating in Méribel and Val d'Isère and with whom we have excellent relationships. They’re able to offer private nannies to look after your children in the comfort of your chalet.

All the nannies we recommend and work with are English speaking, qualified to NNEB or equivalent standard or have significant formal childcare experience, and all hold an up-to-date paediatric first aid certificate and have had their references and police records checked, so you can rest assured your children are in safe hands.

This service must be pre-booked as availability is limited. You can either book a nanny for the whole week or outside school holiday periods more flexible packages are available.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 10 guests, to include full gourmet catering for 5 nights with 1 night of more relaxed dining, open bar and in-resort driver service. Up to five extra guests can be accommodated on request for an additional cost.
