There is a store room in this Chalet used by staff. Chalet Hosts has access to this store room for supplies needed in this and in the other chalets in the building

Chalets Natalette I  and Natalette II share a communal entrance with other chalets. Both chalets can be taken together by a group of up to 18 and both groups could dine in Natalette I.
Chalets Natalette II, Pierre and Nico also share the same communal entrance so a large group of up to 30 can be accommodated if the four chalets are booked at the same time, with group dining split between Chalets Natalette I and Natalette II

Welcome Vin chaud

Hearty continental breakfast for seven mornings and Hot breakfast options provided by hosts on five days

Six days of homemade afternoon tea and cake

Delicious three-course evening menu on five nights
Two-course Alpine speciality on one other night
A selection of hand-picked silver level wines to choose from (red, white and rosé), served until coffee on 6 nights

Chalet catering is based on a hearty set menu which minimises waste and allows us to use locally sourced, high-quality ingredients. Any specific dietary requests must be discussed prior to booking so checks can be made that we can cater for your needs.
Please note this is based on 7 night holidays.Your chalet staff will have 1 day off (Wed for the 2026/27 season). 

A hearty breakfast
Guests will enjoy a comprehensive continental breakfast for seven mornings with delicious and varied hot options provided by our hosts on five days. On our chalet hosts’ day off, continental breakfast will be laid out.

On your return from the slopes
A freshly baked cake or biscuits with tea and coffee awaits for you on 6 days

In the evening
Enjoy a delicious, freshly cooked 3 course meal with unlimited wine until coffee on 5 nights. On one other night a 2 course Alpine speciality is provided.  This gives 6 nights of catering/evening meals.

Why not join us for a welcome drink on your first evening and learn what is going on in the resort (and our après ski programme) during your stay.

Chalet Housekeeping
Chalet communal areas will be cleaned and tidied daily, except for staff days off. Bathrooms will be cleaned once mid-week and bins will be emptied.

Flights from various UK airports (including transfers) are available, Self drive and Independent travel options are also available.

Lift passes can be pre-booked and delivered to your chalet and ski hire organised for you by in-resort teams (extra cost).  The chalet is also available on an "all in" basis which includes lift passes and ski/board hire or ski carriage.

Complimentary Wifi

Wifi - In many mountain resorts, signal strength is limited throughout the village not just in individual properties and speeds are not as we are used to in most urban environments in the UK. Streaming of music or films is generally not possible.  Wi-Fi or internet access often belongs to the property/chalet owner and is therefore completely out of our control.

For any Wi-Fi access, regardless of the supplier, we cannot guarantee that it will be operative during your holiday.

Tourist Tax is Not Included. A tourist tax (Taxe de Sejour) is levied by local councils in European ski resorts. The amount charged varies according to the standard and type of accommodation. It is also not paid by all skiers as it is age-dependent. Therefore it is not included in the basic price of your holiday as we do not have all skiers’ ages at the time of booking.
