The residence is close to the slopes and main lifts and a pedestrian footbridge will lead you directly to the resort centre.

Location
Access to the slopes is easy with a free resort shuttle stopping outside the residence (only 1 minutes ride to the main lifts), or it's a 5 minute walk to the main Chaudanne lifts.
Or you can walk into the resort centre and use the escalator lift next to the tourist office where you can ski down to the main lifts at the Chaudanne.
All of the amenities of the resort are within a 5 minute walk from the residence.

Check In
Long stay (7+ nights ): Check in from 5pm Short stays (2-6 days): check in from 4pm It is the guest's responsibility to arrive between the hours of check-in. In the case of late arrival, guests must notify the property reception on the telephone number provided, otherwise access to the apartment cannot be guaranteed. On arrival, if there are any issues with cleanliness these should be reported to the Residence Manager immediately.

Long stay (7+ nights): Check out before 10am Short Stay (2-6 days): Check out before 11am In order to qualify for a full refund of the security deposit, apartments (including kitchenette) must be left fully cleaned.

Pets
Pets are allowed (if arranged in advance) for an additional cost of €100 per pet per week (€15 per pet per day for short stays), on presentation of an anti-rabies certificate.
Children
Baby bed or cot, high chair, changing mat for infants aged between 0-2 years are all free of charge. Stair-barriers, bed barriers and socket protectors are also available from reception. Please note that these are subject to availability and must be requested at time of booking.
