The apartment Grand Duc 3 has a fabulous location just 50 metres up the piste from the main lifts at the Chaudanne.
There is a living and dining area of over 40m2 which has 3 seater sofas and a dining room table that seats up to 10.
There are two main double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The third and fourth bedrooms are twin and share a large family bathroom.
These bedrooms have direct access to the South facing balcony.
There is parking for one car in the garage below.
Note that smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
