Les Sauges is a recently built chalet. It has been a huge success, spacious and extremely comfortable it offers plenty of enticing comforts, which makes for a very relaxing stay.
It enjoys a superb spot, only a few minutes stroll to the Olympe lift, features a smart interior, beautifully finished en-suites bedrooms and the following fabulous facilities; hot tub, steam room, sauna & massage room, it has proved to be something special.
Chalet Les Sauges is set in a lovely location close to the bubble lift to whisk you up to the Meribel slopes which gives direct access to the amazing 3 valleys ski area. Plus you have shops, lively bar and restaurants in this picturesque village setting, all close by.
Built with great attention to detail in a charming Alpine style and blessed with plenty of modern touches.
The light generous lounge areas and dining room have impressive views which can also be enjoyed from its sun deck. Complimented with a warm and welcoming cosy wood burner.
It has a fantastic outdoor hot-tub, the perfect après ski tonic to relax, unwind and enjoy marvelous mountain scenery.
The spa room offers a great way to pamper yourself, with steam room, sauna, wet room, massage room & relaxation zone. Plenty of ‘end of day’ treats.
It comprises 6 beautifully finished bedrooms, located on 3 floors. (1 x quad with adjoining annex & 5 x twins). All are a good size with smart ensuite shower rooms.
The chalet is a wonderful combination of the latest technology and traditional architecture and benefits from under-floor central heating, individual room temperature control, large south facing windows and wonderful views.
Chalet Les Sauges is perfect for couples, a group of friends, or several families. A popular choice for large groups is to combine with Charmille, Covie, Foehn and L'Erine . All chalets are close by.
Layout
The chalet has 6 bedrooms that are all a good size with en suite shower rooms. They are located over 3 floors.
5 twin bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms
1 Quad bedroom (twin bed area and adjoining small annex) with en-suite shower room - sleeps 3-4 people
Location
The chalet is located approximately 300 metres from the Olympic ski bubble that takes guests up to the Meribel slopes that gives direct access to the whole of the 3 valley ski area.
300 metres from the resort ski bus stop (linking to Meribel Centre and the other villages/stations in the Valley).
The village of Les Allues has shops, a lively bar and some restaurants all close by (approximately 300 metres).
There is an excellent free 'Meribus' shuttle service operated by the resort. The Meribel valley consists of several very pretty inter-linked villages and the bus service connects them all.
It runs between Meribel Les Allues and Meribel centre, plus it runs to Meribel village, Meribel Rond Point, Meribel Altiport and Meribel Mottaret too.
It is completely free and offers a very regular service from the village of Meribel Les Allues up to Meribel centre from 07:30am to half-past midnight EVERYDAY. Journey time 10 mins.
After the lifts have closed you may want to shop in town or have a few drinks and come down at your leisure.
If you want to enjoy the apres ski, restaurants, live music, cinema or sporting facilities in Meribel centre in the evening time, then access to the centre is easy with this free shuttle service.
There are taxis which run all through the night, if you are going for an all nighter at O'sullivans nightclub.

What's Included
Breakfast: 5 mornings a week of staffed breakfast service. 2 mornings of self-service breakfast of cold options to help yourselves to (on the hosts mornings off).
Afternoon Tea: Provided 5 afternoons during the week.
Evening Meals: 5 nights a week of catered service. This comprises of a 3 course meal on 4 nights and a simpler 2 course meal on 1 other night
2 evenings to enjoy lovely local, reasonably priced restaurants, or a choice of takeaway options on the hosts nights off.
Breakfast: A plentiful mix of hot & cold options will be provided throughout the week, plus tea, coffee and fruit juices (cooked options on 5 mornings).
Afternoon tea: This will be waiting for you on your return from skiing with a variation of either homemade cakes or cookies, tea, coffee, squashes, baguettes, butter & jams.
The chalets all have a fully stocked tea/coffee station, so please help yourselves to refreshments whenever you like.
Evening meal: This comprises a homemade, 3 course set menu accompanied by complimentary wine on 5 nights. Please take a look at our Sample Menu plan
Vegetarian Menu: We are very happy to provide a vegetarian alternative.
Children’s menu: Children are well catered for with the preparation of home-cooked favorites.
In all our chalets, early teas can be provided (served around 6pm) for young children. This is a simpler 2 course menu designed with youngsters in mind. If your kids have any strong dislikes, be sure to let us know in advance too!
You can choose to have an earlier family friendly dinner all together, we will provide a simpler style of 'adult menu' for children in the group or you can choose a separate tea-time for the children and dinner for the adults later. Prior to your holiday we will gather this information and find out if you prefer early teas, or all to eat together & we will be prepared for your arrival.
Special Dietary requirements: Please note, we provide a varied set menu throughout the week with the aim of catering for the whole chalet. Whilst we try to be flexible with reasonable dietary requests, it is difficult for our Chalet Hosts to accommodate & run several different menus if there are a lot of varying dietary requirements within the group.
Please therefore, advise us in advance if you have a specific allergy & need to avoid gluten, dairy or lactose, and we will make adaptations to our daily set menu, so these can be avoided.
