Have you ever thought about spending an entire season in the Alps? The tour operators are full steam ahead at the moment recruiting for their ski chalets and resorts in the Alps. Meribel is a fantastic place to do a ski season.
If you can cook then think about applying for a chalet host role. You have to be willing to work hard and in return you will get your lift pass, ski hire, accommodation and food all provided for. Other jobs with the tour operators are resort reps where you will be responsible for getting everyone from the airport to resort and home again. Once guests are in resort you need to make sure that everyone is happy and deal with any problems that occur.
One of the best websites to look for jobs is www.natives.co.uk or approach the tour operators directly. We have worked in Meribel and love it so definitely recommend it for a year out before or after university or if you just want to escape the boring 9-5 life for a few months!
